The Kondelik Brothers Complete 'M is for Masochist" as ABCs of Death 2 Entry

Burbank, California - Brothers James and Jon Kondelik are best known in horror for their award winning film A House is Not a Home. This haunted house title recently screened at the Burbank International Film Festival, where it won an award for Best Horror Feature. Now, the brothers have turned their attention to the ABCs of Death 2 film competition. They have already submitted their chilling entry “M is for Masochist,” starring Bill Oberst Jr. (Children of Sorrow) to this eclectic event. And now, horror fans can view and support the film at the ABCs of Death 2 competition website.

“M is for Masochist” focuses on three friends at a sidestreet carnival. Here, the three friends are encouraged to play a game of torture with a confined man; it is all in good fun. However, one of the young men knows the victim, but he is still happy to participate anyway. This gruesome carnival and carnie (Oberst Jr.) require blood!

The ABCs of Death is a horror anthology with a short for each appointed letter of the alphabet. The first installment was such a success with knockout segments by amazing directors from all over the world that the audience asked for bloody seconds.

The second installment has yet another mouth-watering roster that any fanboy could have dreamed for including Julian Barratt of “The Mighty Boosh;” Todd Rohal (The Catechism Cataclysm); Canada’s king of lo-fi, Steven Kostanski (Manborg); Cuba’s Alejandro Brugués (Juan of the Dead); acclaimed UK commercial director Jim Hosking; Japanese monster-maker Hajime Ohata (Henge); and Canadian short film wizard Chris Nash (“Skinfections”).
