Fright-Rags Creates New Garbage Pail Kids Characters Based on Horror Favorites

Last year, Fright-Rags teamed with famed Garbage Pail Kids artist Brent Engstrom to create their own Garbage Pail Kid: "Fright Rag Freddy." They're back with four new GPK characters inspired by such horror favorites as "The Exorcist" and "It."

Say hello to "Plungin' Penny," "Wretchin' Regan," "Howlin' Howard" and "Krampin' Kevin." Although they'd feel right at home in a pack of Topps' beloved trading cards, you can get these designs on super soft 60/40 heather shirts.





Collect them all at Fright-Rags.com. These items are limited and may sell out during the pre-order period. Order are expected to ship in late June.

Fright-Rags Summons the Lord of Darkness for LEGEND Shirts

Of all the memorable imagery in 1985's Legend, none stand out more than Tim Curry's portrayal of the Lord of Darkness. Although the film turns 30 this year, Rob Bottin's special effects makeup still look fresh. Fright-Rags is paying tribute to Ridley Scott's cult classic with a collection of new shirts.

Three of the top names working in horror art today - Justin Osbourn, Christopher Lovell and Nathan Thomas Milliner - each offer a unique take on the iconic devil. All three designs are available on unisex tees or girls shirts.

The Legend collection is available for pre-order from Fright-Rags. The first run may sell out during the pre-order period. Orders will ship in mid-June.

Fright-Rags Honors Iconic Horror Villain with Chucky Collection

Wanna play with Chucky? The pint-sized killer has been terrifying and entertaining audiences for more than 25 years. Fright-Rags is excited to honor one of horror's most iconic villains with the Chucky Collection.

The Chucky box set includes three Chucky shirts - one designed by Justin Osbourn, a second from Abrar Ajmal and a third tee exclusive to the set - as well as an exclusive 18x24 screeprinted poster by artist Matt Ryan Tobin, a prismatic sticker and a full-size Good Guys replica box. This killer set is limited to only 225.

Osbourn and Ajmal's designs are also available separately, as are additional Chucky shirts from Coki Greenway and Christopher Lovell. Rounding out the Chucky collection is an 18x24 screenprinted poster by Kyle Crawford. Limited to 100, the print features a glow-in-the-dark layer that reveals Charles Lee Ray's voodoo spell.

The Chucky collection can be pre-ordered from Fright-Rags. Limited edition items may sell out during the pre-order period, so act fast if you want a friend 'til the end. Orders will ship in late March.

Fright-Rags Launches Tucker & Dale vs Evil Apparel Pre-orders


Fright-Rags is paying tribute to one of the most celebrated horror-comedies of the last decade - 2010's Tucker & Dale vs. Evil - with a line of new apparel, including several limited edition pieces.

Eli Craig's Tucker & Dale vs. Evil stars Alan Tudyk ("Firefly") and Tyler Labine (Rise of the Planet of the Apes) as the titular friends whose vacation yields a body count when they're mistaken for murderous hillbillies by a group of college kids.

First up is a shirt designed by Justin Osbourn. Limited to 300 pieces, it's available on T-shirts, girl shirts and zip-up hoodies. There is an additional 200 on baseball tees as well.

Artists Abrar Ajmal and Tony Moore also contribute their takes on the lovable duo, along with an "Evil Ale" emblem shirt by Sam Kaufman. You can get each of these three designs on unisex or girls shirts.

Last but certainly not least, "GIV' ER" snap-back hats are up for grabs. These embroidered, trucker-style caps are modeled after the hat Dale wears in the film. Only 100 are being produced.

Celebrate The Texas Chainsaw Massacre's 40th Anniversary with Fright-Rags

This year marks the 40th anniversary of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and Fright-Rags is celebrating with five new shirts! The horror shirt company commissioned five renowned artist to pay homage to Tobe Hooper's 1974 genre-defining classic.

Godmachine, Jason Edmiston, Justin Osbourn, Abrar Ajmal and Jeff Zornow each offer a unique take on The Texas Chainsaw Massacre's iconic madman, Leatherface.




All five designs are available on both unisex and girls shirts, but each one is limited to 500 pieces. Pre-orders have launched on Fright-rags.com.

These designs will be available until 10am EST on Friday, May 16. Due to the limited nature of the products, they may sell out before the pre-order period ends. Orders are expected to ship in late-June.

Misfits and Fright-Rags Join Forces for Fiendish Double Feature

If you're gonna scream, scream with Fright-Rags. The horror apparel masters are once again joining forces with punk icons the Misfits. This time, they're bringing fans a double feature of limited edition shirts and posters.

Renowned artists Gary Pullin and Jason Edmiston were tasked with creating faux movie poster designs inspired by classic Misfits songs. Pullin channels "Hybrid Moments," while Edmiston asks "Mommy, Can I Go Out and Kill Tonight?" Each design brings to mind old-school grindhouse artwork while featuring the Misfits' signature fiend.



Both designs are available on apparel (t-shirts, girls shirts and zip-up hoodies), limited to 400, and as 18x24 screen printed posters, limited to 150.

You can purchase these items now on Fright-Rags.com. Pre-orders will last until Thursday, April 17 at 10am or until they sell out - whichever comes first. Orders are expected to ship in late May.

Misfits Team up with Fright-Rags for Shirt Collaboration


There's no such thing as too much horror business when it comes to horror punk legends the Misfits and horror apparel specialists Fright-Rags! The match made in Hell has resulted in several limited edition products that will be released over the next few months.

The first of the collaborations is a special edition T-shirt dubbed "Fiend from Crystal Lake." The design crosses the band's iconic fiend skull logo with Jason Voorhee's signature hockey mask. It's available on super soft 100% cotton T-shirts, girl shirts and zip-up hoodies.

"Fiend from Crystal Lake" is available for pre-order now on Fright-Rags.com. It will remain for sale until 10am EST on Friday, February 28. Orders are expected to ship in early April.

Pre-orders Launch for Fright-Rags' Day of the Dead Merchandise

The darkest day of horror the world has ever known is upon us. Pre-orders have launched for Fright-Rags' merchandise celebrating George A. Romero's Day of the Dead: http://www.fright-rags.com/day-of-the-dead-preorder-c-43.html

Fright-Rags' limited edition Day of the Dead box set features a shirt designed by Justin Osbourn (available as a T-shirt, girls shirt and zip-up hoodie), along with a canister of rocks taken from the Wampum Mines - the filming location of Day of the Dead. An 11x17 poster and a prismatic sticker round out the set, which is beautifully packed in a collector's box. There are only 500 box sets available, so sizes and quantities are limited.
Zombie aficionados will also want to pick up the limited edition 18x24 screen-printed poster featuring artwork by Gary Pullin. The posters are limited to a mere 200, and each individually-numbered piece is signed by Lori Cardille (who stars in the film as Sarah). Pullin's art is also available on shirts and hoodies. Last but certainly not least is a shirt designed by Jeff Zornow that depicts the gruesome Dr. Tongue leading a horde of undead friends.

These items are now available for pre-order exclusively on Fright-Rags.com until Monday, January 27 at 10am EST. Orders are expected to ship in late-February.

Fright-Rags Releases Escape from New York Merchandise

Fright-Rags is celebrating Halloween with a tribute to Escape from New York! The merchandise dedicated to John Carpenter's 1981 cult classic goes on sale on October 31st.

Fright-Rags' Escape from New York box set is a must-have for any fan of the film. It will include a limited edition shirt designed by Justin Osbourn, along with a 11x17 reproduction of the film's iconic poster, a temporary tattoo, a prismatic sticker and a replica eye patch, all enclosed in a collector's box. There are only 500 box sets available, and sizes and quantities are limited.
Aside from the box set, Osbourn's design will be available separately as a baseball shirt. Christopher Lovell also created a special shirt depicting Kurt Russell as Snake Plissken, cinema's ultimate anti-hero. It can be ordered on a T-shirt, girl shirt and zip-up hoodie.

These items will be available exclusively on Fright-Rags.com on Thursday, October 31st at 10am EST. Orders are expected to ship in mid-November.

Fright-Rags Celebrates 30th Anniversary of Pieces With Exclusive Shirt

You don't have to go to Texas for a chainsaw massacre - just go to Fright-Rags! The horror apparel company is releasing a limited edition T-shirt for Juan Piquer Simón's Pieces.

On September 23rd - 30 years to the day since the cult slasher film's North American release - Fright-Rags will post their Pieces shirt for pre-order. Designed by Justin Osbourn, the exclusive shirt will be available on unisex shirts, girls shirts and hoodies.
Pre-orders launch at 1pm EST on Monday, September 23 and will last exactly a week, until September 30th. During that period, the shirt will be sold at a special pre-order price of $23.95.

Fright-Rags to Release Halloween and Halloween 4 Merchandise

Fright-Rags is gearing up to release exclusive shirts and posters to commemorate the 35th anniversary of one of the most influential horror film's of all time, John Carpenter's Halloween, as well as the 25th anniversary of the fan-favorite sequel, Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers. These items are officially licensed by Trancas International Films.

Fans can celebrate "The Night He Came Home" with Fright-Rags' Halloween box set, which is limited to 800 pieces. Enclosed in a collector's box, the set includes a shirt (unisex, womens or hoodie) designed by Justin Osbourn, an 18x24 screen-printed poster by Gary Pullin (with 100 randomly inserted glow-in-the-dark variants), a Judith Myers headstone resin magnet, a prismatic sticker and a Rabbit in Red memo pad.
Osbourn's design is only available on a T-shirt in the box set, but fans can also get it separately on an American Apparel baseball shirt. Another Halloween design, by Christopher Lovell, will be available on a T-shirt, girls shirt or zip-up hoodie. It shows cinema's most iconic boogeyman, Michael Myers, looming over the Myers house.
Lovell also designed a shirt for Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers, which features Michael and his niece, Jamie Lloyd. To accompany the shirt, artist Kyle Crawford created a screen-printed poster, which showcases Michael's infamous mask from Halloween 4. The poster is available as a regular 18x24 print (limited to 400) and a glow-in-the-dark variant (limited to 100).
These items will be available exclusively from Fright-Rags.com. Pre-orders launch on Tuesday, September 10 at 10am EST. The box set will be specially priced at $70 until September 17th. If they do not sell out by that point, the remaining sets will be sold for $80. Orders are expected to ship in late October.

Fright-Rags Releasing Limited Edition Re-Animator Apparel

 
Fright-Rags is ready to reanimate your wardrobe with new merchandise from Stuart Gordon's adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's Re-Animator. The horror shirt company is working with veteran producer Brian Yuzna and Re-Animator Productions on this officially-licensed apparel from the 1985 horror-comedy classic.



Fright-Rags has also teamed with Re-Animator scream queen Barbara Crampton to offer autographed, glow-in-the-dark posters. Designed by James Rheem Davis, these 18x24 signed screenprints are limited to only 175 pieces. In addition to the poster, Davis' design is also available on unisex T-shirts, girls shirts and zip-up hoodies (apparel does not glow).

Fright Rags is also offering two additional Re-Animator shirts for pre-order. The first is a two-sided design based on the artwork from Waxwork Records' Re-Animator soundtrack LP, designed by Gary Pullin. The second features artist Felix LaFlamme's rendering of Dr. Hill's severed head.

These items will be available exclusively on Fright-Rags.com for four days only. Pre-orders begin on Thursday, August 8th at 10 am EST and will end on Monday, August 12th promptly at 10 am EST. Due to the limited quantities, the posters may sell out early.
